We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
  • Conduct routine tests and procedures, such as measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics.
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles.
  • Ability to mix acid or bicarb.
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet.
  • Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.
