Position Overview:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of meals to residents, adhering to dietary guidelines and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Engage positively with residents to enhance their dining experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Utilize electronic systems for timekeeping and adhere to facility policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years old; employment certificate/permit required for applicable individuals.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain is necessary.
  • Physical stamina for continuous activity is essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills in English are required for interaction with residents and staff.
