Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative at Toyota of Des Moines, you will:
- Engage with customers warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive.
- Provide assistance to customers in both the showroom and on the lot.
- Demonstrate sales expertise by actively listening to customers and guiding them to the ideal vehicle.
- Build trust with customers by becoming knowledgeable about vehicle features, performance, and benefits.
- Highlight additional options that could enhance the customer’s vehicle experience.
- Foster lasting relationships with customers, maintaining communication from the initial greeting through follow-up.
- Understand the sales process thoroughly to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

Qualifications:
