CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner at CVS Health, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, FNP float role supporting the Lawrenceville, GA and surrounding clinics. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.

- Order and administer immunizations and injections, and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
- Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.
- A minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required. Experience in Family medicine or primary care practice preferred.
- Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
