Job Title: Pediatric CVOR Travel Nurse

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled travel nurse to fill a Pediatric CVOR position in a top-rated hospital in Palo Alto, California.

Job Description

As a pediatric operating room open heart nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to young patients undergoing open-heart surgery. Your duties will include preparing patients for surgery, handling and preparing operating instruments and equipment, monitoring patient status, and assisting with open-heart surgeries.

You will also provide pre- and post-op education and moral support to patients and their families. To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of recent acute care experience in a pediatric CVOR setting and an active RN license.
