">As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your primary duties will include:
">• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
">• Establishing a compassionate environment by providing support to residents, families, and staff members.
">• Providing information and guidance to residents and staff on various aspects of care and services.
">• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by implementing and enforcing rules and regulations.
">• Monitoring confidential information processing and maintaining resident confidentiality.
">• Documenting resident care services accurately and thoroughly.
">• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you must possess:
">• A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
">• At least 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
">• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff effectively.
">• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and e-prescribing programs.
">• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with residents, families, and staff at all levels.
">• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
