At Groups: recover together, we're dedicated to delivering a proven, evidence-based model of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) that's considered the gold standard for treating opiate use disorder by the American Society for Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Association (SAMHSA).

We empower our members to regain control of their lives through a combination of therapy and medication. As a Nurse Practitioner/Advance Practice Nurse, you'll play a crucial role in our team by assisting in conducting intakes, monitoring patients' clinical progress, authorizing patients' prescriptions, and completing all notes and reporting in our EMR system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intakes and monitor patients' clinical progress at regular group counseling sessions.
  • Authorize patients' prescriptions during monthly visits with patient panels.
  • Complete all notes and reporting in our EMR system within required timelines.

Requirements:

  • Active, Unencumbered State License (NP/APRN) in Florida.
  • Active, Individual DEA with address listed in Florida.
  • Minimum of 1+ Years Experience Prescribing Buprenorphine.
  • Proof of Active Board Certification (NP/APRN; any specialty).
  • Ability to work in-office at our Orange City location at least 5 hours per week.

We utilize strict protocols to guide clinical decision-making and have developed a unique, technology-driven and team-based clinical system that handles all day-to-day patient management and regulatory compliance. This allows physicians to focus exclusively on medical management.
