About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at Prescott Village. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide resident-centered care, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with basic health care needs, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Support residents with meals and snacks, providing a positive dining experience.
  • Participate in departmental committees and task forces as needed.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
  • Minimum age of 16.
  • Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing.
  • Satisfactorily completes yearly department-specific competency testing.
