This role requires no prior dialysis experience, as comprehensive training is provided to ensure high-quality patient care and clinical excellence. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver dialysis therapies to patients in a hospital setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
