Agricultural Assistant

Job Summary:

Pacific Seafood is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Farm Worker to join our team. As a Farm Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the daily operations of our aquaculture farm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general fish husbandry tasks, including counting, harvesting, and inventory management.
• Assist with farm organization, clean-up, and maintenance as directed.
• Operate various farm equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and farm boats.
• Ensure proper use of company machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of six months related experience in the construction, manufacturing, farming, or related industry.
• Experience with the safe operation of forklifts and powered pallet jacks.
• Prior boat operator experience or license is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
