Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our esteemed Global Treasury Team. This role is essential in supporting our international cash management strategies and ensuring optimal liquidity across our operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Treasury Operations, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance our financial practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support treasury functions, including global banking and liquidity management across diverse areas such as international cash management and transaction execution.
  • Analyze cash positions and liquidity pools, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Facilitate the execution and reporting of repatriation plans, collaborating with subsidiaries and finance teams.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners, including banks and finance leaders.
  • Generate and update monthly financial reports, including Cash Forecast and Bank Fees.
  • Assist in managing the intercompany lending portfolio and global cash pooling initiatives.
  • Monitor intercompany interest calculations and ensure accurate accounting entries.
  • Support foreign exchange trades and manage global bank accounts effectively.
  • Administer treasury management systems and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and support audit requests.
  • Provide analytical support to the cash management team and assist with ad hoc treasury requests.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, or Accounting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across functions.
  • Strong grasp of corporate and international financial management principles.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to assess the broader implications of financial decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with treasury management systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required; CTP, CPA, or MBA is a plus.
