  • Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns and trimming shrubbery.
  • Notify management of any major repair needs or system upgrades.
  • Clear snow from walkways and parking areas during winter months.
  • Prepare facilities for events by setting up and removing decorations and furniture.
  • Perform ad-hoc cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness throughout the building.
  • Operate vehicles as required for job duties.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • A valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license may be required.
