Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors, providing clear instructions and directions.

- Perform clerical tasks to support physicians and clinic staff, including retrieving patient information and processing forms.
- Handle incoming calls, dispatch messages, and set appointments for patients.
- Facilitate the collection of payments and establish payment plans as necessary.
- Address inquiries regarding insurance claims, medical records, and patient referrals.
Qualifications:
Patient Service Representative:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Not required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- All new hires will undergo comprehensive training to ensure readiness for the role.
Advanced Patient Service Representative:
