Mixologist

The Mixologist is tasked with providing exceptional experiences to our patrons through friendly, professional, and attentive service.

As a Mixologist, your role is to anticipate the needs of guests while crafting exquisite beverages according to specifications in a prompt manner.

This individual must be agile and possess a charismatic demeanor.

Responsibilities:
Deliver consistently positive, courteous, and professional service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and colleagues

Identify guest preferences and recommend beverages to enhance their experience and achieve sales targets

Exhibit mastery of the bar, comprehending all elements necessary to ensure a smoothly operated shift through proper preparation

Maintain adequate levels of all inventory and supplies, including garnishes, beer, wine, spirits, barware, etc.

Accountable for accurately tracking all cash and complimentary items received from guests and adhering to cash handling protocols

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in bartending.

Proven track record of providing outstanding guest experiences

Strong communication skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Availability for various shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours

Team-oriented with a guest-first mentality

Must be at least 21 years of age
