Job Overview

Schneider is seeking experienced owner-operator truck drivers to join our team. As an owner-operator, you will have the freedom to choose from a variety of loads and lane options, offering consistent revenue and a range of hauling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and haul containers under Schneider's authority, with drop-and-hook services available at no charge.
  • Meet the requirements for a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License and obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) by the start of the lease.
  • Own or lease a tractor that meets EPA10 emissions requirements and can pass a DOT inspection.
  • Live within 50 miles of a major transportation hub.
  • Have a minimum of 6 months of Class A driving experience.
