Physical Therapy Director

At Concentra, we are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Director to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in aligning with our mission to improve the health of America's workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of physical therapists to provide rehabilitative services for disabled, injured, and diseased patients.
- Manage key clinical center metrics, including quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and implement clinical workflows to optimize patient capture, processing of referrals, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the DTO to identify clinical improvement opportunities and drive patient and client experience metrics.
- Ensure compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC Regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy) from an accredited college or university.
- Must meet licensure requirements of jurisdiction.
- At least two years of demonstrated clinical experience in an occupational healthcare setting.
