Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PACU Registered Nurse to join our team at North Suburban Medical Center. As a PACU Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct the care of post-surgical and post-procedural patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Bring specialized skills to serve specific age groups, including adult, adolescent, geriatric, or pediatric populations.
  • Rotate to areas other than your assigned service area, performing only those duties for which you have demonstrated competency.
  • Oversee and direct the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
  • Current AHA or ARC BLS, AHA or ARC ACLS & PALS required.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN desirable.
  • 1-2 years PACU or critical care experience required.
