  • Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stock, arrange, and organize merchandise to ensure a visually appealing and easy-to-shop environment.
  • Set up, clean, and organize product displays to promote sales and drive customer engagement.
  • Remove damaged goods and secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise to prevent loss.
  • Monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, and sanitation standards are followed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
