Key Responsibilities- Receive and process deliveries, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Weigh, price, and label products to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Stock and rotate products, ensuring maximum freshness and availability.
- Prepare valued-added products, such as cuts and special orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns with a smile.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.
- Ensure adherence to sanitation and food safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
- Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as physical base scores for this position.
- Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job.
