Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to lead our community health team in Cumming, GA. This safe and family-friendly environment offers affordable housing, good school districts, entertainment, and restaurants within close proximity to Atlanta Metro.

As a member of our FQHC full-service community health center, you will be part of a collaborative team providing primary care, behavioral health, dentistry, and more. Your role as Lead Pediatric NP will involve:

  • Leading an outpatient clinic (Monday-Thursday, with half-day Fridays) with no evenings or weekends.
  • Participating in a call rotation schedule every 6-7 weeks annually for phone consults.

You will support an underserved community by assessing patients, diagnosing health development problems, and providing preventative and chronic care management. Additionally, you will participate in community outreach activities through educational sessions and screenings.

Our eClinical EMR system ensures seamless integration and efficient documentation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A BC-Family Medicine certification.
  • At least 3 years of pediatric experience (preferred).
  • A valid GA license or eligibility to obtain one.
