Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children of various ages and abilities, create personalized care plans, and deliver effective treatments to help children achieve their goals while educating and supporting their families.
  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and other healthcare providers.
  • Engage in community outreach, marketing, and events.
  • Support the clinic's mission and team efforts to assist more children.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
  • Independently manage a caseload at our satellite clinic several days a week.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (1 year preferred).
  • Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Active Hawaii license.
  • Reside on Maui.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Determination to achieve goals and objectives.
