Key Responsibilities:
- Assess children of various ages and abilities, create personalized care plans, and deliver effective treatments to help children achieve their goals while educating and supporting their families.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and other healthcare providers.
- Engage in community outreach, marketing, and events.
- Support the clinic's mission and team efforts to assist more children.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
- Independently manage a caseload at our satellite clinic several days a week.
- Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (1 year preferred).
- Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Active Hawaii license.
- Reside on Maui.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Determination to achieve goals and objectives.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
