Job Overview

The Body Shop Intern will assist the Body Shop Manager in planning and implementing various tasks related to body shop operations, including manpower development and process improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.



Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:




  • Leading and implementing small projects to improve body shop operations
  • Developing complex Excel sheets and PowerPoint presentations to analyze and present data
  • Assisting in manpower development and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with external business partners to resolve issues and improve relationships
  • Assisting in meetings and creating status reports to keep stakeholders informed


Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant field, and have graduated within the past 12 months or be currently enrolled. Strong analytical skills, ability to work systematically, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are also required.
