- Indirect patient care includes charting vital signs, maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, nurses, and providers to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; MN Nursing Assistant Registry certification upon hire.
- One year of experience in hands-on patient care, with a focus on medical terminology, effective communication, and basic computer skills.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
