Position: Clinical Teacher

Overview:

  • Deliver practical instruction to undergraduate nursing students during their clinical experiences
  • Guide students in developing essential patient care skills throughout their clinical training

Key Responsibilities:

  • 70% - Clinical Education: Provide patient care, mentor students, and demonstrate clinical procedures
  • 15% - Administrative Duties: Assess student performance, provide evaluations, and offer constructive feedback
  • 15% - Collaborative Engagement: Coordinate care, clarify expectations with students, healthcare providers, and patients

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a clinical environment
  • Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license
