About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Springdale, Arkansas. As a Regional Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients while working in a dynamic home health setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs, assisting physicians in developing therapy plans of care.
  • Treat patients to relieve pain, develop, and restore function, maintaining maximum functioning using accepted standards of practice.
  • Instruct and inform participating healthcare team members, patients, and family/caregivers regarding treatment plans, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
