We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Painter to join our team at Intergen Group. As an Aircraft Painter, you will be responsible for preparing aircraft for paint-related operations, ensuring high-quality results while meeting safety and schedule expectations.

• Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting by masking, sanding, and applying glazing and sealing compounds.
• Operate and maintain various preparation and priming equipment, mixing paints and primers as needed.
• Perform leading edge sealant work and ensure aircraft interiors are protected.
• Comply with safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies, using personal protective equipment as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driving license required.
• 1 year of painting experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation.
• Able to pass Pulmonary Function Test to obtain respirator certification.
• Ability to use tools, equipment, and materials in the aircraft painting process.
