Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Transitional Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our students.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of our students
  • Establish a positive and respectful classroom environment that promotes social-emotional growth and learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that support student achievement
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • California or Out-of-State Multiple Subject Credential
  • 24 units in Early Childhood or Child Development, or a combination of both that add up to 24 units
  • Professional experience in a classroom setting with preschool-age children comparable to the 24 units
  • Child Development teacher permit
