Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Kemp Quarries. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our mobile equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance and pre-shift inspections on mobile equipment
  • Repair and/or clean mobile equipment as needed
  • Maintain crushing and mobile equipment fleet
  • Operate and maintain company vehicles
  • May be responsible for welding, brazing, and cutting associated with duties
Requirements
  • Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
  • Technical school certification helpful
  • Welding certificate helpful
  • Must maintain a safe driving record and have a valid driver's license
  • CDL beneficial
Working Conditions

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding. You will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions and may be exposed to hazardous materials.
