Compensation:
$44,000 - $45,000

You will play a crucial role in our mission by:
  • Connecting clients with caregivers to maintain high standards of care.
  • Evaluating candidates to determine their fit within our company culture through genuine conversations, interviews, and timely follow-ups.
  • Providing constructive feedback to care professionals to recognize and celebrate their achievements.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant Federal and State regulations for Home Care agencies.
  • Conducting retention visits for smooth transitions and performing thorough assessments to understand clients' individual needs.
  • Supporting our diverse clientele and care staff with empathy and respect.
  • Maintaining and auditing client and care professional files regularly.
  • Participating in on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis.

You will excel in this role if you possess:

An Associate degree in Human Services or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Previous experience in the home care sector, human resources, human services, or a similar field is required (or a strong desire to assist others).

Ability to meet all hiring criteria as defined by company standards and/or state regulations, along with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and valid car insurance.

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to be a cultural ambassador with aspirations to grow within the company. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills.
Creative problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
