Your Role
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in providing transparency and insights into our business markets for Ramboll Americas? We are looking for a talented and engaging individual to join our Line Management team, primarily supporting our Country Management departments.

As our new Business Controller, you will be part of a collaborative team of diverse professionals. You will work independently while also collaborating within the Business Finance team.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:

  • Generating monthly reports and conducting variance analysis.
  • Providing data-driven business insights to key stakeholders, including market leadership and finance directors.
  • Supporting market leadership in business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Monitoring business results and delivering management reporting on financial issues.
  • Ensuring accurate month-end results at various organizational levels.
  • Engaging in process optimization for business and project controlling.

Qualifications
We believe your starting point should include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience with a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, month-end variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills.

  • An understanding of US GAAP.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in the office three days a week.
