Role Overview: Luxfer Magtech is seeking dedicated individuals to join our assembly team in Cincinnati, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components in a systematic order following established protocols.
- Conduct in-process inspections and report any discrepancies.
- Monitor production processes, removing defective items and addressing quality concerns.
- Complete necessary production documentation accurately.
- Provide guidance and support to the leadership team while supervising HR activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any safety issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure adequate supplies are available to prevent production delays.
- Utilize professional communication skills effectively.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions and inspect parts closely to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Manual dexterity to handle various sizes of components.
- Physical capability to perform tasks that involve frequent bending and stooping.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly.
- Capacity to produce high-quality precision work.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to team success.
