Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Access Dubuque. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and utilization of our plant equipment and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve the reliability, efficiency, and utilization of plant equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Utilize mechanical and electrical expertise for precise installation, maintenance, and repair of plant systems and equipment.
  • Document all activities and observations accurately and concisely.
  • Participate in a team environment and perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Technical associate degree or at least 2 years of experience in the industrial maintenance field.
  • Working knowledge of and capability to troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, including basic computer proficiency.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
