Position Overview:
Aging & Adult Care of Central Washington is in search of a committed and proficient Registered Nurse for a full-time position. The RN will play a crucial role in providing services to clients through various initiatives under the Aging and Long-Term Support Administration, Developmental Disabilities Administration, and Home and Community Services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough nursing evaluations and follow-up assessments.
  • Offer support and education to clients and their caregivers.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and health resources.
  • Assess health-related needs to guide service planning and implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
  • At least one year of experience in community-oriented nursing is essential.
  • A valid Washington State Driver's License and auto liability insurance are mandatory.
  • Access to a dependable vehicle is necessary.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check.
