Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Legal Associate to join our vibrant legal practice. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Spanish and have a solid background in municipal and commercial law. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
2. Licensed to practice law in Texas.
3. Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in municipal and commercial law.
4. Proficient in Spanish, both written and verbal.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
7. Proven capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.

9. Demonstrated legal research and analytical skills.
