Child Care Operations Specialist

Job Overview
">We are seeking an experienced Child Care Operations Specialist to join our team at the Central Connecticut Coast YMCA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our child care programs, including enrollment processes, data management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Process financial aid, invoices, and other payment transactions">
- Ensure accurate attendance documentation and record-keeping">
- Maintain confidentiality of participant information">
Requirements and Qualifications
">This role requires a minimum of three (3) years' experience in office management, customer service, sales, or child care administration. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required, with a Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification and/or twelve (12) ECE credits preferred.
">Salary Range
">The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
