Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Midwife to join our multidisciplinary care team. As a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and ancillary departments, you will provide oversight for patients and facilitate navigation through all phases of pregnancy.
Responsibilities- Initial intake, social service assessment, physical assessment, review of lab and diagnostics, nutritional assessment, education, genetic screening, education, plan of care, financial assistance, and all prenatal and follow-up visits.
- Facilitate patient navigation through all phases of pregnancy, working with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure excellence in clinical outcomes, quality of care, and patient safety.
- Cultivate relationships and act as a liaison between the physician, nursing, ancillary staff, patients, and their families to promote customer satisfaction.
- Current and valid Advanced Practice RN NJ License
- Current and valid Certified Nurse Midwife Certification
- BLS upon hire and maintained current
- Two years' experience as an ANP preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Maternal Child Health
- Prenatal Clinic experience preferred
- MSN with specialization in ANP in Women's Health
