Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Grays Harbor Community Hospital. As a Cardiac Sonography Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our diagnostic imaging department.

Responsibilities
  • Perform echocardiograms and other cardiac ultrasound procedures to diagnose and monitor heart conditions.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including the Toshiba Aplio CV system.
  • Develop and implement plans for patient care, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and technologies to provide the highest level of care.
Requirements
  • Registered Cardiac Sonographer or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in cardiac sonography, with a focus on echocardiograms and other cardiac ultrasound procedures.
  • Experience with the Toshiba Aplio CV system and PACS system (Merge Unity).
  • BLS certification and current registration as RCS or RDCS.
