Vehicle Release Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Release Specialist to join our team at Stepp's Towing and Heavy Transport. In this role, you will be responsible for handling vehicle releases, maintaining accurate inventory records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Stepp's Towing & Heavy Transport is a family-owned business with over 60 years of experience in the towing and transportation industry. We specialize in light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty towing, as well as auto salvage.

• Greet customers at the cashier window and provide professional assistance.
• Process payments, record transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Handle vehicle releases, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Record customer information in our database, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation required.

• $15-$17/hour salary range based on experience.
