Job Opportunity

**Nurse Practitioner Position**

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Southern Nurse Practitioner Associates, LLC. The successful candidate will provide primary care services to our geriatric population in various locations throughout Alabama.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and referrals
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement health education programs for patients and families
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the Alabama Board of Nursing or National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
* Board Certification in Adult, Family, Acute, or Geriatric Care
* 1-2 years of hospital experience preferred
