Job Description: As a Charge Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care. Your responsibilities will include leading by example, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, conducting regular rounds, maintaining accurate records, and developing individualized care plans. You will also have the opportunity to participate in educational programs, committees, and other professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills: To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in critical care nursing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid Washington State Registered Nurse license and 1 year of experience in an ICU setting are also required. National Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) is preferred but not required.
