Skilled Tradesperson

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join Anerrows LLC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drywall, framing, painting, and plumbing. Additional skillsets will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect work orders from the vendor manager promptly
* Travel to job sites on time
* Communicate effectively with both facility clients and the office vendor manager to ensure everyone is aligned
* Perform drywall installation and repair
* Carry out framing installation and repair
* Complete painting tasks, including surface preparation, painting, and finishing
* Handle plumbing tasks, including the installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and appliances
* Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs and report them to the office vendor manager, along with an accurate quote for budget estimation
* Develop and implement maintenance plans on schedule
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

* Valid driver's license
* Relevant certifications (preferred and prioritized)
* Willingness to travel up to 50 miles
* Proven experience as a Handyman
* Proficiency in drywall, framing, painting, and plumbing
* Additional skills will be prioritized
* Ability to operate hand and power tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

$20 - $60 per hour (depending on experience and expertise)
