Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and assessing new staff, ensuring appropriate duty assignments for those delivering direct patient care.
  • Monitoring that all direct care personnel are fulfilling their roles in accordance with job descriptions and company standards.
  • Conducting and presenting annual performance evaluations for all direct care staff.
  • Collaborating with staffing coordinators to ensure optimal staff placement based on patient requirements.
  • Overseeing all clinical care and services provided to patients and families.

  • Assisting with ongoing chart reviews and quarterly audits as per company policies.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a current Registered Nurse license (BSN preferred).
  • One to two years of pediatric nursing experience is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and grow with the organization.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
  • Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with regulations governing Home Health Care services is preferred.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills for maintaining positive relationships with both employees and clients.
  • Technological proficiency related to patient care and documentation.
