We are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our Medical Surgical team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a Medical Surgical Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to acutely ill adults and those requiring surgery. Your expertise will be valued in creating personalized care plans, managing complex conditions, and ensuring patient safety.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and intervene promptly to prevent adverse events.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and standards of care.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to evidence-based practices and process improvements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A current unencumbered Oregon RN license.
  • Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS certification.
  • ACLS certification (LCH Med Surg).
  • At least 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
  • Ability to work rotating weekends, 36 guaranteed hours per week.
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR system.
