We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Lead Caregiver to join our team at Careworks Health Services. As a Lead Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to 30 clients per month to assess their care needs and ensure they are receiving the best possible support.
- Shift Coverage: Provide coverage for shifts when other caregivers are unable to attend, ensuring our clients always receive the care they need.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor new caregivers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional care.
- Care Plans: Develop and maintain care plans for each client, ensuring their unique needs are met and their care is tailored to their individual requirements.
- Satisfaction and Quality: Work closely with our team to ensure client and caregiver satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of quality care.
Qualifications:
- CNA or HHA certification
- Experience in caregiving or a related field
- Active HCA membership
- Pass a drug screen
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional references
