Join Our Team as a Warehouse Associate

At Optum, we're committed to delivering care and improving health outcomes for millions of people around the world. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role in our distribution center, ensuring that patients receive the medications and therapies they need to live healthier lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness
  • Pick and pack orders, using a warehouse management system to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment
  • Load and unload trailers, using pallet jacks and forklifts to move shipments safely and efficiently
  • Perform quality control checks on products, identifying and reporting any damage or discrepancies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
