About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trash Collector to join our team at Ally Waste Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting trash and recyclables from apartment complexes, ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents.

Responsibilities
  • Collect trash and recyclables from apartment doorsteps and transport them to the dumpster
  • Take and submit daily reports, including photographs of completed tasks
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent Ally Waste Services in a professional manner
Requirements
  • Have a smartphone for daily reporting purposes
  • Be able to stand for at least 2 hours and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a desire to ensure a clean and safe environment
