The Content Marketing Specialist for the Americas will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that engages and converts our target audiences. This includes creating a variety of content types, such as written content, videos, presentations, and concepts for infographics, animations, and GIFs. The specialist will collaborate with a central design team and external agencies to project manage the content creation process while adhering to strict global branding guidelines.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop and manage an annual content plan aligned with the campaign strategy.
  • Create engaging content for all stages of the sales funnel, including how-to guides, whitepapers, industry trend reports, tip sheets, eBooks, webinars, calculators, and more.
  • Lead the execution of compelling case studies by securing sales support, coordinating with customers, and developing written overviews, press releases, and video content as needed.
  • Drive audience engagement through video content, including long-form educational videos and short-form awareness videos.
  • Support content distribution and promotion to third-party industry publications and channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Campaign Specialist, contributing content and ideas to drive measurable results.
  • Partner with the Social Media Specialist to create and integrate content that supports the broader social media strategy.
  • Monitor content performance across multiple channels (website, email, third-party platforms) and recommend adjustments to improve engagement and metrics.
  • Maintain and manage the content library to ensure easy access and organization of assets.
  • Contribute to the development of lead nurturing strategies through improved messaging.
  • Provide input on messaging for events and webinars to ensure consistent brand communication.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of inbound marketing methodologies and understanding of the dynamics of content and performance marketing tactics.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a manner that attracts, engages, and converts our target audiences.
  • Strong writing skills and an eye for design.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with a positive outlook.
