Job Summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio is seeking a highly skilled Travel Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in a short-term acute care hospital. As a Neonatal Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and infants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to neonatal patients, including ventilation, oxygen therapy, and medication administration.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate records.
  • Transport patients as needed and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, preferably in a neonatal setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Current licensure and certification in Respiratory Therapy.
