About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Area Manager to lead our service department for the product areas of meat, sausage, cheese, bakery, and delicatessen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring the quality of products, and overseeing all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement national sales concepts effectively.
• Monitor and control cost and revenue development, regular inventories, merchandise planning, and flow of goods.
• Develop and implement strategies to inspire customers to purchase our products.
• Lead and train the team, setting a good example and promoting respectful leadership and collaboration.
• Maintain correct pricing and product range.
• Prepare and refine meat, sausage, cheese, bakery, and delicatessen products with attention to detail.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene regulations.
• Provide expert advice and excellent customer service.
