Nursing Assistant Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to seniors in assisted living and memory care facilities in Albert Lea and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Participate in care planning and implementation
- Competitive hourly rate of $25-32, depending on shift differential
- Weekly pay
- $1500 sign-on bonus for full-time employees
- Flexible scheduling with availability on all three shifts
- Weekends and short-notice shifts are a priority
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- 6+ months of experience in nursing home or assisted living
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Ability to communicate in English in both verbal and written form
- Charting in electronic medical records system
